Access to the property was excellent. The house was clean and welcoming on arrival. Instructions for appliances, using the facilities, etc. were clear and easy to use. The area is perfect - not on a busy road, was able to park right outside the house, Lots of information for guests about places to go and things to do. The tea, coffee, Welsh cakes, milk etc. were very welcome on arrival. Also, the house had a beautiful conservatory and a lovely garden with an outside sitting area.
The checkout time of 10 am on a Sunday morning was a bit early. Normally, Sunday mornings are more flexible in my experience.

The bathroom was super clean and had a refreshing shower. Loved the feeling of a quick rinse before hitting the beach!
Just my personal preference, but I would have loved some vegan options for breakfast.
